Our dogs are first and foremost part of our family.  Our dogs are an integral part of our lives, living in the house with us, travelling with us, and best companions to our children. We are a small hobby breeder. We will produce a select number of litters, carefully placing the pups in homes where they will be trained in some venue and also a vital part of someone's family.  Whenever possible we will provide training and showing support for our pups, and assistance for the owner with any questions that may arise, for the life of the dog.

In 2007 we founded Rock River Dogsport Club, and Service Dogs of America club, a UKC affiliate club. I serve as the club President. I have 2 Masters Degrees in Piano and Harpsichord performance, completing my entire education on full scholarship to music schools in Chicago. Upon graduation I competed in many piano competitions and spent much time performing as a soloist and chamber musician. I was also the rehearsal pianist for several ballet companies, including the Dayton Ballet, Ballet Chicago, and the Joffrey Ballet, and also served as a rehearsal pianist for the Lyric Opera of Chicago. Concurrently, I taught private piano lessons for many years. 

 I am an SDA and UKC licensed judge for all Dog Sport classes, and a member of the Board of Directors of SDA. With husband Jacek we have 2 children, ages 9 and 6, and reside in Northern IL. 

Jacek is the club Training Director. He grew up in Poland, where he was heavily  involved with German Shepherds from the mid-1980s. He is the club decoy, certified by Service Dogs of America, and is also certified by United Schutzhund Clubs of America. His "day job" is electrical work, and he is also an avid photographer.

We can provide a clear picture of what our dogs can bring to a breeding.

• We have all vet records, and can answer any questions about their health, from digestive issues to x rays! All dogs have been extremely healthy and have been raised on high quality food. In addition to hip and elbow ratings by respected organizations, we have hard copies of many of the xrays, should anyone wish to see them.
• Since we enjoy raising, training, and titling our dogs since pups whenever possible, we can give you answers to any questions about their temperaments, drives, ability to handle a correction, and strengths. We can describe in detail what training methods have worked with each dog, and why. We work all of our dogs in various sports, regardless of the age they came to our family.
• We are also fortunate to have known and spent considerable time with the sires and dams of both our dogs, as well as many of their siblings and half siblings.
